Girl Scout Swearing in
Mel's Girl Scout Troop is becoming more and more active and she seems to really be enjoying it. Last Monday they had their swearing in and she got a ribbon and 2 patches to add to her vest. She has the GS pledge memorized and can recite it at any moment. You can tell from the pictures she is the most excited about it - too cute! She also ended up selling the most cookies in her troop and can't wait for her journal and "100" patch. She will also be selling cookies outside a local Safeway this coming weekend, that should be interesting. Mark and I are already betting how long before she says she wants to leave...
