4th of July
We had a really good 4th of July weekend this year. It was really hot - in the 90's all weekend, but it will still really nice. We just played outside a lot in the water and pool and came inside to nap and cool off. We didn't have anything planned and just stayed home, so it was nice not to have to travel or deal with crowds. On the 4th we got together with some of the neighbors, each brought some dessert and just hung out until dark. Several more of our neighbors ended up joining us and we all let off our fireworks - it was a nice feeling of community - and that is what the 4th is all about - Happy 4th of July!
